SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The approximate time delivery for our shipping all over the world is 10-14 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order here within tracking number that gets sent to your email within 12 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

My order took more time than estimated delivery time!

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible

My item arrived damaged!

We take extra care to ensure your items arrive safely by using additional padding during shipping. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please send us proof, including photos of the damaged item and packaging.

RETURN AND REFUND

You are able to cancel your order before it gets a tracking number generated for it with no penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Just contact us requesting a cancellation but if the item has already been shipped and got a tracking number generated for it you will have to wait for it to arrive then issue a return and you can see how to issue a return by going HERE
