How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The approximate time delivery for our shipping all over the world is 10-14 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order here within tracking number that gets sent to your email within 12 hours.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

My order took more time than estimated delivery time!

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other external factors. My item arrived damaged!

We take extra care to ensure your items arrive safely by using additional padding during shipping. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please send us proof, including photos of the damaged item and packaging.

What are the conditions for a return?

We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return: The item must be in the same condition as you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Can I return damaged or defective items?

What if I’m in the European Union?

If your order is shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return. We’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@shopbirdify.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
