It works well. You can a use a gel type soap, diluted. The manual is very confusing about that. The battery seems to last a long time, I haven't been able to use it enough to measure how long. It could have a setting for the foam dispenser sensor, so that we could change the activation distance, sometimes it is inconvenient, like when cleaning the the washbasin underneath. I'm not sure if the temperature sensor works well, mine just shows 25C almost always. My biggest complain is the design, it is very ugly, could have been made more square and without that golden border. Look at the attached picture for a comparison with the toothbrush holder which looks modern and pleasant.
